Our program includes the following gastronomic experiences:
1. Introduction to Hungarian traditional culinary concepts: history, methods, ingredients and spices
2. Short session on contemporary culinary trends
3. “Mise en place” and preparation of a 3 course menu in a specific theme led by our Master Chef

“Hallelujah, I grow my own basilic!” introduction to the world of green herbs led by our beloved gardener, Uncle Steve
