Program

Located in a beautiful surrounding on Szentendre-island, within 1 hour by car from Budapest we offer you an exceptional cooking mini-holiday.

Our program includes the following gastronomic experiences:

1. Introduction to Hungarian traditional culinary concepts: history, methods, ingredients and spices

2. Short session on contemporary culinary trends

3. “Mise en place” and preparation of a 3 course menu in a specific theme led by our Master Chef

Complimentary programmes:

“Hallelujah, I grow my own basilic!” introduction to the world of green herbs led by our beloved gardener, Uncle Steve

or

“Pick and eat” collective harvest of seasonal fruits in the surrounding gardens (summer time only)

“Mystery of Chocolate” – introduction to the world of chocolate with tastings by an expert
